You can delete your Neni account at any time. This page explains the two ways to do it, exactly what gets removed, and the small set of records we have to keep — along with how long we keep them.

This page covers account deletion for both Neni mobile apps — Neni (for parents) and Nenis (for educators and babysitters). The fastest way to delete your account is from inside the app; if you can't open the app any more, you can request deletion by email instead. Both paths lead to the same outcome, and the timing below is the same.
Both Neni and Nenis include an in-app delete button. To use it:
Your account is closed immediately and you are signed out. The underlying data is then removed on the timeline described in Section 6.
If you have already uninstalled Neni or no longer have access to the phone you signed in on, you can ask us to delete your account by email instead.
We may write back to verify your identity before processing the request — for example, by asking you to confirm from the phone number on the account. Once verified, the timeline in Section 6 applies.
When you delete your Neni account, we remove the following from our active systems:
If you were the only parent linked to a child, we coordinate with the kindergarten to remove that child's profile and the media shared with you. Content uploaded by other parents or by the kindergarten itself stays with the account that uploaded it.
A small amount of data is retained after deletion so we can keep the Service safe and meet our legal obligations:
We never sell personal data, and we do not use deleted-account data for advertising.
Children do not hold Neni accounts — a child's profile is created and managed by their kindergarten and the linked parents.
If you believe a child's data is on Neni without proper authorisation, contact us at support@neni.uz and we will investigate without delay.
